Delivery is fully automated. For Articles, an encoded link is sent via e-mail along with a password for the link and the article. The Link expires in seven (7) days. Articles are sold only by Internet download - no hard copy is provided.
Refund Policy
Sorry, all article purchases are final and no refunds can be made. Even if you want to purchase the Publishing Rights where you can copy, change & print, always purchase the read only version first to ensure the article is what you require - this is taken into consideration in the price of the Publishing Rights product. Once I have sent you the unlocking information by email - I cannot 'unsend' this information and refund your payment.
Confidentiality
I do not at any time have access to your credit card number and/or expiry date, or Account Number. This information is used only by the credit card processing companies used to accept your payment. Currently this is Paypal or my Credit Union if you use Direct Deposit. Neither send this information to me at any stage. I store your personal information (name, address and order details) for use only in fulfilment of orders and/or to contact you with information about the articles you have purchased. I have never, and will never, release this information to a third party, for any reason.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. You agree, as I do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts in particular the laws of New South Wales. Any legal dispute which may arise between Owen Edwards and its visitors shall be settled by due legal process in Australia.
